Organizes what is being sent to which group of people and when. You can also view details about how many customers received emails vs marked them as spam, how many viewed the information in the emails, etc.
Uploaded Jobs
Here you can see a list of different batches of emails that are uploading to be sent or have already uploaded and sent.
Date Range
Select date range of jobs you wish to view.
ID
Unique job ID used to identify each job in ConnectSuite e-Delivery.
- Description – Friendly name of uploaded job file
- Uploaded By – Login ID of user who uploaded job
- Status – Current job upload status
- Date – Date/time of job upload
Actions
- View Job Details – Job specific metrics
- View Job Documents – Information on each document in the job including account number, customer, document type and date of job.
- View the document as it will appear to the customer here.
Reprints
Here you can view all the documents that have been added to the reprint queue.
Reprint ID
Unique ID of reprint job.
- Account – Customer account number.
- Customer
- Document – Document to be printed.
- Date – Date/time document placed in reprint queue.
Actions
View – View the document as it will appear to the customer.
Delete – Remove from reprint queue.
